These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jj5t ("jj5t", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our"), governing your registration, access and use of the jj5t online sports betting, live casino and gaming platform accessible at https://jj5t.cam ("the Platform" or "the Service").

By completing the account registration process, clicking "Accept" on any prompt referencing these Terms, or by continuing to use the Service in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law — including but not limited to the legal framework applicable in Pakistan — you must not use this Service. jj5t does not represent or warrant that use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. This document does not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is permitted under laws applicable to you.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To open and maintain an Account on jj5t, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by applicable law in your location, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Service as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, business or organization.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Service from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined herein or as otherwise notified by the Operator from time to time.
• You do not already hold an active jj5t Account, whether registered under your current or any previous identity.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director or immediate family member of an employee of jj5t or any of its affiliated entities or technology providers, unless prior written consent has been provided by the Operator.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jj5t strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication feature. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You are liable for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorized it, unless you have reported unauthorized access to jj5t support without undue delay. The Operator accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

jj5t reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the registration or Account lifecycle. This verification process (KYC) may require you to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed satisfactory KYC verification.

All deposits must be made using payment methods listed in the jj5t cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability may vary by region and is subject to change without prior notice. The Operator does not guarantee that any specific payment method will remain available indefinitely.

Deposits must be funded from a payment source owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment method registered in another person's name — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and the forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.

Where familiar Pakistani payment rails are referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or bank transfer to accounts at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — these references constitute educational context only. They do not constitute a guarantee of availability, and they do not imply endorsement of gambling activity by any named payment provider. Users must confirm current deposit options directly in the jj5t cashier.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and account status.
• Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the User's responsibility.
• jj5t does not charge deposit fees from the Platform side, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance once confirmed by the payment provider and are subject to any applicable AML review.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by the registered Account holder. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. jj5t reserves the right to return withdrawals to the deposit source where practicable, as a standard AML control measure.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of satisfactory KYC verification. First-time withdrawals in particular will require identity documentation before funds are released. Processing times after compliance review vary by payment method and are not guaranteed by the Operator.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse or Account policy violations.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation, including source-of-funds evidence, for withdrawals above certain thresholds, as part of its AML obligations.
• Withdrawal method availability is subject to change. Users should verify available options in the cashier at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the User before processing is complete. Cancelled withdrawals are returned to the Real Money Balance.

jj5t may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions and loyalty rewards from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms which are presented at the point of offer. The key terms applicable to any bonus — including wagering requirement, maximum bet during bonus, game contribution rates, bonus expiry period, sticky vs. non-sticky structure, minimum qualifying deposit and maximum cash-out cap — will be disclosed before you accept the offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus winnings are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires total bets of PKR 1,50,000 before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games may contribute 10–20%, and some live casino titles may contribute 0%. Check the contribution table for each offer.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period, typically 7 to 30 days after activation. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on withdrawable winnings derived from that bonus. Winnings exceeding the cap will be removed upon withdrawal request.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Bonuses requiring a minimum deposit will not activate if the deposit falls below the stated threshold, regardless of navigating to the promotions page beforehand.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• jj5t reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.

All sports betting markets, live casino games and RNG games offered on the jj5t Platform are subject to their respective game or event rules, in addition to these Terms. Where specific game rules conflict with these Terms, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or event.

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the system. The Operator is not liable for errors in bet placement resulting from User error.
• jj5t reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there has been a clear pricing error, a technical fault, or where there is evidence of irregular betting activity or match manipulation.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type and Account status.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays inherent to live event coverage. The Operator is not responsible for delays in live odds updates caused by data feed interruptions outside its control.
• jj5t's settlement of results is final following confirmation. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event result being published on the Platform.
• The Platform offers cricket markets including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and Pakistan national team matches, as well as football, UFC/MMA and other sports. Market availability is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed for any specific event.

jj5t is committed to responsible gambling and provides the following tools, accessible via the Account settings panel, to help Users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods. When a loss limit is reached, further wagering is prevented until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders to receive alerts when they have been active for a specified period.
• Cool-off Periods: Users may request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, during which deposits and wagering are not permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, are irreversible for the chosen duration. Users subject to self-exclusion must not attempt to open new Accounts.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek external support. Gambling should always be entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict gambling participation regardless of age.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj5t Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, permanent closure and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading registration information.
• Registering or using an Account if you are under the minimum age requirement.
• Registering or using an Account if you are accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other financial crime via the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing faults to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting, systematic exploitation of promotional terms or coordinated account activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification or responsible gambling measure implemented on the Platform.
• Using the Service for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

All content on the jj5t Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, odds data, promotional materials and brand elements — is the property of jj5t or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Any feedback, suggestions or content submitted by Users to jj5t may be used by the Operator without compensation or attribution, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj5t and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays or errors in Platform availability caused by events outside the Operator's reasonable control, including network outages, data feed failures, server downtime and force majeure events.
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds data, game information or promotional content.
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service in a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Operator's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and jj5t makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Platform availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

jj5t reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable Platform policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage access.
• Accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined by the Operator's current policy.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jj5t support. Upon closure, your verified Real Money Balance (net of any bonus restrictions) will be returned to you via an approved withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance review.

jj5t reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users — for example, via a prominent notice on the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account.

Continued use of the Service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is indicated at the top of this document. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj5t holds its applicable operating license, as may be updated from time to time.

jj5t does not represent or warrant that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Access to or use of the Service from territories where doing so is prohibited is unauthorized and undertaken entirely at the User's own risk and legal responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms creates or is intended to create any right, obligation or relationship between jj5t and the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory or governmental authority. jj5t is not subject to Pakistani regulatory oversight and is not endorsing or claiming compliance with Pakistani gambling law.
